By using nadopolo.com, registering, donating, purchasing, attending, volunteering, or participating, you agree to these terms. If you act for a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these terms for yourself and the participant.

Nonprofit Use Of Funds

Payments and donations support Coronado Aquatics Club programs, scholarships, pool time, coaching, events, equipment, operations, and other lawful nonprofit purposes. Unless we accept a restricted gift in writing, donations may be used where the Club determines they are most useful. Donations do not create ownership, membership, voting rights, or control over Club decisions.

Registrations And Refunds

Registration details must be accurate. Schedules, locations, coaches, rosters, divisions, event formats, and staffing may change for safety, weather, facility, enrollment, or operational reasons. All payments are final unless Coronado Aquatics Club agrees otherwise in writing. Credits or refunds, if offered, are optional and at the Club's discretion.

Participation Risk

Water polo, swimming, training, travel, and public events involve risks, including injury, illness, drowning, collision, weather, facility hazards, equipment issues, and mistakes by participants, coaches, volunteers, facility operators, or others. You accept these known and unknown risks when you participate or allow a minor to participate.

Release And Medical Care

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release and hold harmless Coronado Aquatics Club, Nado Polo, coaches, volunteers, staff, sponsors, facilities, partners, and related parties from claims connected to website use, registration, attendance, participation, travel, or emergency care. You authorize reasonable first aid or emergency medical care and accept financial responsibility for that care.

Conduct And Safety

Participants and spectators must follow safety rules, coach instructions, facility rules, and respectful conduct standards. The Club may refuse service, deny registration, remove a participant, or end participation for safety concerns, misconduct, nonpayment, incomplete information, or behavior that disrupts the program.

Privacy And Communications

We collect information you provide for registration, donations, receipts, safety, scheduling, support, and program communication. We may use trusted service providers for payments, website operation, messaging, and event support. We do not sell personal information. You may opt out of non-essential messages, but safety and transaction messages may still be sent.

Media

Unless you notify us in writing before participation, you allow the Club to use event photos, video, and audio of you or your child for program, education, fundraising, and promotional purposes without compensation.

Law And Changes

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes should first be sent to Coronado Aquatics Club in writing so the parties can try to resolve them informally. We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page.
